"I was lucky enough to be part of the testing night, and honestly, it exceeded all expectations. The bread was warm and full of that rustic, homemade flavor. Their pizza dough? Out of this world. This is the kind of place Riverview has been missing."

"The testing event felt more like a family gathering than a restaurant preview. Riccardo came out to explain the pasta process, and you could hear the pride in his voice. This is real food made by real people who love what they do."

"Carmela’s handmade desserts were the perfect ending to a flawless meal. The ricotta cake was light and creamy, and the espresso had that bold Italian finish. Riverview is about to have something truly special."

"Every course was better than the last. The tomato sauce alone could be bottled and sold — it was that good. I’ve been to plenty of Italian spots, but this felt different. Genuine. Passionate. Memorable."
